As a Dairy Sales Account Manager, you will provide consultative sales and support to dairy accounts in New York, demonstrating the value of STgenetics’ offerings to enhance client profitability and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Increase existing sales by identifying new targets, demonstrating value proposition, and providing outstanding genetic, reproductive, and farm management consultation to optimize customer profitability
- Grow and strengthen existing client relationships through excellent customer service, value-added services, and technical support
- Build STgenetics’ image on the dairy as a respected member of the dairy management team, helping to enhance profitability through genetic progress, optimized reproductive success, and technology implementation
- Develop written and digital reports to promote STgenetics as a leader in optimizing profitability for dairies on their genetic, reproductive and management programs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of consultative sales experience
- Expertise of dairy businesses, or some dairy background required
- Outstanding communication skills in English are required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge and experience with large, progressive dairy herds
- Bachelor's degree in Dairy/Animal Science or related field
