Senior Business Analyst (Lab & Regulatory)

SARACA is a global engineering R&D services company supporting Fortune 500 customers across various industries. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Lab & Regulatory) to gather and analyze business requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and develop user stories and business process documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze laboratory and regulatory business requirements
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process documentation
• Prioritize Agile product backlogs and support sprint planning
• Serve as Product Owner Proxy during Agile delivery
• Validate reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder approvals
• Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver reporting solutions

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong background in Life Sciences, Laboratory Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Management
• Experience with reporting, analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong Agile/Scrum and backlog management experience
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe Product Owner certification is a plus
