RSNGINFO SOLUTIONS is seeking a Project Manager to lead data and analytics projects with a focus on healthcare. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and resources while collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting and dashboard requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting and dashboard requirements
- Develop and oversee executive dashboards and KPI reporting
- Coordinate with Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics teams
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting standards
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Drive continuous process improvements and reporting automation
Requirements:
- Must have strong Healthcare Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Project Management
- Experience delivering Data, BI, or Analytics projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification preferred
