Key Requirements:

Strong Business Analysis with HCM integration experience.
Strong experience in HCM platforms, preferably Workday.
Experience leading HR Technology transformation and implementation programs.
Strong knowledge of Workday integrations, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
Experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI/AI Agents, or AI-driven HR initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
