Mirror Image Detailing is a leader in high-end mobile detailing and protective coatings in San Antonio. They are seeking a motivated, commission-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect clients with premium services and drive sales through relationship building.

Responsibilities:

Generate Leads: Identify and pursue clients for luxury detailing services, including ceramic coatings, window tinting, and protective films
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on service quality and long-term partnerships
Coordinate Appointments: Work with our team to schedule consultations and connect clients with services that meet their needs
Hit Sales Targets: Set and achieve personal and team goals with guidance from experienced mentors

Requirements:

Proven Sales Experience: A strong sales track record
Self-Motivated: Comfortable managing your own pipeline with a proactive mindset
Personable & Professional: Skilled communicator who understands client needs
Goal-Oriented: Dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales targets
Automotive or luxury sales experience is a bonus
