UGC Content Manager

StudyFetch is a technology company building AI-native learning products, and they are seeking a UGC Content Manager to oversee the review of video submissions. The role involves ensuring content meets brand guidelines and maintaining an efficient review process.

Responsibilities:

• Review videos submitted by creators through our content review platform
• Confirm each video accurately recreates its assigned sample from our library
• Check that every submission meets our brand guidelines
• Approve or deny each video and keep approval statuses up to date
• Maintain fast, consistent turnaround so the pipeline keeps moving
• Flag recurring issues or patterns across submissions when they come up
• Communicate with the StudyFetch team as needed, including occasional strategy calls, creator and submission status updates, and any questions or edge cases that come up
