Frontend Software Engineer

Veridise is a company that offers comprehensive security audits for blockchain applications, and they are seeking a skilled frontend developer. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining the frontend of a new SaaS web application, working closely with engineers to integrate products and gather customer feedback for interface improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and maintaining the frontend for a cloud-based SaaS web application developed by Veridise
• Identifying improvements to interfaces based on customer feedback
• Thoroughly testing Veridise websites before deployment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience required
• 2+ years of professional experience working on a web application frontend, including experience in designing the UI/UX
• Experience with REST API design and backends
• Proficient in writing modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Experience with TypeScript is a plus
• At least 1+ years of professional experience using a modern JavaScript web framework such as React, VueJS, etc
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand the tradeoffs between different technology choices
• Written and spoken communication skills in English for a professional environment
• Experience implementing frontends for Python-based API backends (Djanjo, Flask, FastAPI, etc.) is strongly preferred
