Moonshot AI is a well-funded, early-stage startup focused on merging generative AI with large-scale data pipelines to create self-evolving websites. They are seeking a VP of Sales to build a revenue organization, manage sales strategy, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be responsible for building a world-class revenue organization that consistently turns pipeline into long-term customers
- First and foremost: play a major role in getting the company to the next stage in its evolution
- Own Moonshot's sales strategy end-to-end, from pipeline management to forecasting, execution, and revenue growth
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives, BDRs, and future sales leaders
- Recruit exceptional sales talent and create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, forecasting, and operational rigor that allow the team to grow efficiently
- Personally support strategic deals, executive relationships, and enterprise negotiations when needed
