Dice is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Marketing Operations Transformation initiative. The role focuses on standardizing processes, scaling operations, and driving adoption of new marketing technologies and AI-enabled capabilities while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute scalable change management strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Assess organizational impacts across people, process, technology, and data
- Drive readiness activities and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities and ways of working
- Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance to change
- Establish repeatable frameworks, tools, and best practices for enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Partner with business leaders, program teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement
- Build and execute stakeholder management and communication plans
- Lead executive communications, presentations, and change-related messaging
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across business and technology teams
- Design and deliver training programs, user guides, and enablement resources
- Support end-user readiness and adoption initiatives
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve adoption strategies
- Embed change management activities into overall project and program plans
- Support CRM enhancement planning, deployment readiness, and release coordination
- Help prepare teams for AI-enabled workflows and evolving marketing technologies
- Track adoption metrics and recommend actions to improve utilization and business outcomes
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience leading change management initiatives within marketing organizations
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Proven experience supporting large-scale technology transformation programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience creating communications, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Demonstrated success driving adoption and organizational readiness in complex enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise
- Corporate communications experience
- Agile project experience
- Experience supporting MarTech platforms, CRM implementations, or digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with AI-enabled business transformation initiatives
