Keelo.ai is an AI managed services and implementation firm specializing in automating complex workflows for enterprise clients. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to build and qualify their sales pipeline through targeted research and outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Research target accounts
- Identify decision-makers at our ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Run personalized outreach that earns meetings with the people who can buy
- Build and refine target account lists
- Craft and send outreach across email and LinkedIn
- Follow up persistently
- Book qualified meetings with ICP prospects
- Keep the CRM clean and current
Requirements:
- Strong research and prospecting instincts — you can find the right companies and the right people inside them
- Clear, professional written communication, with the ability to write outreach that gets replies
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and how modern B2B software is sold
- Organized and detail-oriented, with comfort using (or quickly learning) CRM and sales tools
- Resilience and consistency — you follow up and don't get discouraged by silence
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, though a strong track record matters more than the degree
