They are seeking a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and create engaging digital content, optimize marketing funnels, and nurture audience engagement across social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Turn long-form webinars, coaching sessions, and talking-head videos into highly engaging, perfectly formatted short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that instantly grab attention and showcase expert authority
- Fully manage and schedule content across all major social media platforms, writing platform-specific captions and keeping the brand's online presence consistently active and engaging
- Maintain and update ClickFunnels pages, ensuring that landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign forms function seamlessly to turn viewers into prospects
- Drive deep audience engagement by monitoring comments and DMs daily, segmenting email campaigns, and smoothly guiding prospects into the correct product channels
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of digital marketing or content repurposing experience (ideally supporting creators or online coaches)
- Ability to independently turn a single video into a week's worth of content
- Strong attention to detail and a clean design sense for creating on-brand visual assets
- Highly proficient with digital marketing tools like Opus Clips, Canva, and ClickFunnels
- Deep social media proficiency across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Reliable, distraction-free remote work setup (BYOD)
- Flexibility to comfortably support North American Eastern to Pacific time zones
