Compunnel Inc. is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this fully remote role, you will assist customers by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails or chat inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and accounts
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
- Process requests, orders, and account updates as needed
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspaces
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
