SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, and they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Business Systems Analyst to join their client's team in the technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to analyzing business requirements, designing Oracle system solutions, and enhancing business processes and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems
- Design and propose Oracle system solutions that align with business needs and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Oracle solutions
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure Oracle solutions meet business requirements
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle systems and processes
- Support and enhance Blue Yonder Demand Planning application, ensuring system stability and business continuity
- Monitor and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests
- Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution with Blue Yonder and internal IT teams
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience with Blue Yonder Demand (JDA Demand)
- Strong techno-functional expertise in BY Demand/D360 administration and configuration
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and Unix/Linux troubleshooting
- Experience with integrations, batch processes, and production support
- Experience with system configuration changes and enhancements
- Familiarity with testing, UAT, deployments, and documentation processes
