Outsource Access is a company that connects real estate investors with financing solutions. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, make strategic outbound calls, and manage data in their CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the lightning-fast first point of contact, responding to inbound inquiries in under 5 minutes to ensure highly interested real estate investors never slip through the cracks
- By executing 150–175 strategic outbound calls daily to past borrowers and warm lists, you will proactively uncover active investors and keep our loan officers' calendars packed with hot opportunities
- You will meticulously log every interaction in HubSpot in real time, transforming raw conversations into actionable insights and ensuring data integrity is never compromised
- By vetting leads rigorously and booking qualified appointments directly into the pipeline, you will create a frictionless handoff that directly drives revenue and team success
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of SDR/BDR experience
- Clear, confident, and professional English speaking voice
- Detail-oriented and coachable
- Hands-on experience navigating modern CRM systems (especially HubSpot)
- Highly proficient with internal communication tools like Microsoft Teams
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup with a highly stable, high-speed internet connection
