We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer-facing digital banking experiences on the Salesforce platform. This role requires deep expertise in Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform development within a highly regulated banking environment.
Must-Have Skills
10+ years of Salesforce Development experience
4+ years of hands-on Experience Cloud (Communities) development
Strong expertise in:

- Salesforce Experience Cloud (LWR)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required)
Banking/Financial Services domain experience

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud portals for online banking
Build custom LWCs, Apex classes, triggers, and Flows
Integrate Salesforce with Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Genesys Cloud, Hogan, and other enterprise systems
Configure analytics and engagement tracking within Experience Cloud
Implement and maintain Salesforce security standards and governance controls
Participate in architecture reviews and code review processes
Support AgentForce integrations and AI-driven customer experiences
Troubleshoot platform events, governor limits, and high-volume data processing challenges
Develop automated tests and maintain code quality standards
Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning, development, and deployment activities
Build custom LWCs, Apex classes, triggers, and Flows
