Title: Talent Coordinator
Location: River Park II, 1800 Yankee Doodle Road, Eagan, MN 55121
Duration: 4+ months with extension if required
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position supports the talent acquisition and attraction functions by coordinating a white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams, assisting with providing a seamless hiring process. Coordinates all pre-employment processes and bridging the gap between hiring and onboarding new associates.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provides a seamless and white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams.
- Partners with key team members to ensure proper interview scheduling and coordination.
- Coordinates all pre-employment activities for candidates: Launches and monitors pre-employment background check and drug screening processes, processes new hires in ATS (Workday), initiates I-9 processes, and partners with HR operations to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed.
- Serves as the connection between the talent and onboarding/culture teams, ensuring we provide a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Keeps team documents and resources organized and up to date.
- Prepares and maintains hiring manager and applicant related correspondence.
- Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years human recourses experience or bachelor s degree in lieu of experience.
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Workday experience
Preferred Skills & Experience
Associate's degree.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in routine interactions, actively listen to understand needs, and adapt messaging to support team collaboration.
- Ability to analyze information, identify routine challenges, and partner with others to implement solutions.
- Ability to effectively organize work, balance priorities, and manage time across assigned responsibilities.
- Knowledge of labor markets, talent pipelining, and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee and candidate information confidentially and comply with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
