Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to support talent acquisition efforts and help create an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you will coordinate recruiting activities, partner with hiring teams, and help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics across multiple open roles.
- Support hiring managers with job postings, interview preparation, and process updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with sourcing efforts, screening coordination, and pipeline management.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and prepare reports to support team planning and decision-making.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with internal teams to help improve recruiting workflows and streamline operations.
- Support onboarding coordination and other related talent acquisition tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition coordination, human resources, or related administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and standard office software.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring teams and candidates.
- Professional, service-oriented approach with strong follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating recruiting activity in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and candidate engagement best practices.
- Prior exposure to reporting, workforce planning, or recruiting analytics.
- Experience supporting onboarding or broader HR coordination activities.
