CrucialPoint is a full-service retention marketing agency helping ecommerce brands scale through innovative strategies. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and increasing brand awareness through strategic outbound marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation
• Manage paid ad campaigns, cold email outreach, and other outbound initiatives
• Oversee content marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and thought leadership
• Continuously analyze campaign performance, test new strategies, and optimize for ROI
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business growth objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or outbound marketing within an agency or B2B environment
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing strategies
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Excellent communication, strategy, and execution skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and leadership teams
