Reconditioning Center Final Product Technician - Evening Shift

Compensation: ​$23/HR

 

What You’ll Do: 
 

• Perform final check based on checklist provided to ensure quality standards are met and vehicle is retail ready
• Determineneed to resubmit back to vendor or complete minor enhancements as needed 
• Perform wet sanding and buffing
• Remove stains and dye carpets – including headliner
• Perform tint/decal/wrap/clear bra removal
• Perform graphics removal
• Complete plastic bumper repair or replacement
• Perform windshield chip repairs
• Perform touch-up paint repairs
• Refurbish headlights
• Inspect andindicateon vehicles the needed PDR repairs 
• Read notes and work with Inventory Managers to ensure vehicles are retail ready
• Add and remove lines as needed inRecontrac 
• Empty trash and clean up area at the end of assigned shift
• Maintaincleanliness of the shop 
• Move vehicles on the lot
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
• Mustwear safety eyewear at all timeswhen in Recon warehouse service departments 
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring: 

• Minimum 1 year of Detail experience
• Must have buffing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have good manual dexterity and be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
