Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural decisions and guide technical direction to ensure system efficiency and maintainability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop innovative features and solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following best practices in software development
• Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity in all engineering solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments
• Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and system reliability initiatives
• Conduct thorough code reviews, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team
• Own and improve the CI/CD pipeline to enhance deployment speed and reliability
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for best practices and new tools where appropriate
