EverService Holdings, LLC is a global holdings company specializing in B2B professional services, particularly in digital marketing for law firms. They are seeking a motivated sales professional to join their Legal Marketing team, responsible for managing the full sales cycle and helping clients achieve their growth goals through various digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, using a consultative and client-first approach
- Present iLawyerMarketing’s SEO, AEO, paid search, social media, and web design solutions to attorneys and law firms, connecting our services directly with their growth goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including deal stages, activities, and client communications
- Build trust and credibility with prospects and clients by delivering value and exceptional service
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and messaging
- Partner with account managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Provide regular pipeline updates and performance reports to leadership
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of sales or business development experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Comfortable selling to attorneys, legal industry experience is a plus. Ideal background is in legal tech or digital marketing/SAAS
- A working knowledge of SEO, paid media, and digital marketing. You don't need to be an expert, but be comfortable speaking to it
- Proven ability to prospect and close. Show us your numbers
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills, you can simplify complex topics and make people feel heard
- CRM proficiency and comfort with sales tech tools
- Self-starter mentality, you don't need to be told what to do
- Ability to travel domestically for client meetings and events
- JD or legal background a plus, but not required
