Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and multiple service platforms
- Efficiently switch between platforms and systems while assisting customers
- Handle multiple tasks and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Requirements:
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to quickly switch between multiple platforms and applications

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Call Center or Customer Support (1+ year required)
