ProSidian Consulting is a Management and Operations Consulting Services Firm focusing on providing value to clients through tailored solutions. They are seeking a Business Specialist VI to support requirements for the Energy & Environmental Management Industry, providing consulting solutions for Nuclear Industry Advisory and Assistance Services on behalf of the US Department of Energy.
Responsibilities:
- Develops program management and analytical tools for tracking and reporting
- Provides financial and business advise, support and guidance to technical managers
- Evaluates, develops and implements procedures, processes, techniques, models, and / or systems required to effectively manage programs
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers, subcontractors, consultants and vendors to facilitate successful program performance and problem resolution
- Provides daily supervision and direction to administrative staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Education
- 12+ Years Experience in Energy & Environmental Management Industry (Nuclear | Oil & Gas | Power & Utilities | Distribution Engineering)
- Background, experience, and credentials to perform Nuclear Industry Advisory and Assistance (A&A) Services Support (Support to Fuel Cycle Campaigns)
- Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office (advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio)
- Ability to visualize, analyze, and convert data and experiences to meet performance challenges
- Ability to develop program management and analytical tools for tracking and reporting
- Ability to provide financial and business advice, support, and guidance to technical managers
- Ability to evaluate, develop and implement procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems required to effectively manage programs
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
- Ability to provide daily supervision and direction to administrative staff
