Customer Service Representative

Sigma Systems Inc. is a leading staffing firm currently hiring a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative for a valued client in Parkersburg, WV. This role involves providing customer service in a healthcare setting, responding to inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to inbound calls regarding claims status, eligibility, and benefit information
• Handle inquiries from both members and healthcare providers
• Navigate multiple computer systems, including Avaya for call handling
• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining empathy and professionalism
• Adhere to call center metrics, standards, and attendance requirements
• Participate in a camera-on virtual training program; active engagement required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication and computer navigation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to attendance and punctuality
• Must be comfortable working on camera during training and calls
• A quiet, professional home office setup is required
• Healthcare or health insurance call center experience
• Experience using CRM systems
• Call center background highly preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
