They are seeking dedicated, service-oriented individuals to conduct virtual consultations, build long-term client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service from the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals, explain policy features, review coverage options, and discuss premium information
- Assist policyholders with questions, policy updates, claims support, and ongoing client care
- Maintain regular communication with clients to review changing needs, update coverage, and provide continued support over time
- Follow company policies and industry regulations while maintaining accurate and organized client records
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and virtual communication proficiency
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Leadership or management experience is a plus, but not required
