Lean Marketing is seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator for Vivant Corp, a company dedicated to eliminating internet outages for multi-location businesses. The role focuses on executing various marketing activities, including email campaigns, content creation, and social media management, while working closely with the founder to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and monitor email campaigns and sequences in Go High Level
- Own the publishing calendar across LinkedIn, email, and the website
- Build and test landing pages and lead magnets, track conversion rates
- Consistent posting tied to ICP targeting on LinkedIn
- Weekly/ monthly KPI dashboard updated without being asked
- Coordinate logistics, materials, follow-up sequences for trade shows, conferences, webinars
- Identify candidates for customer case studies, coordinate interviews, produce written and video assets
- Content updates, landing page creation, basic SEO hygiene on the website
- Produce clean, on-brand materials using Canva or equivalent
Requirements:
- You've executed B2B marketing campaigns — not just assisted, executed — with metrics to show for it
- Go High Level, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM — you've built automations and sequences, not just sent blasts
- Copywriting is a genuine strength — you can write a cold email subject line and a LinkedIn post that actually gets engagement
- You're organized without being told to be — you manage your own deadlines
- You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and you adapt without losing output quality
- Basic graphic design — you don't need to be a designer, but you can produce clean, on-brand materials
