Support the implementation of our marketing and communications activities for the German market
Assist with digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, and other digital channels
Support planning and optimization of our lead-generation measures
Create and maintain content for the website, newsletters, and social media
A good eye for design and basic experience with creative tools such as Canva, Creative Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage
Organize and coordinate information events, education fairs, and marketing materials
Support campaign analysis and prepare regular reporting
Maintain marketing data, CRM systems, and campaign overviews
Collaborate with external service providers and the international WEP marketing teams
Work closely with our sales team to align marketing and sales activities effectively

Some practical experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, event marketing, or content marketing
Enjoy organizing projects and implementing ideas independently
Interest in digital marketing channels, social media, and lead generation
Structured, reliable, and self-directed way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with diverse teams
Confident use of Microsoft 365, CMS tools or marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), and email marketing
Very good proficiency in German and good proficiency in English
Personal experience abroad or an interest in international education is welcome but not required
