Scrum Master with SAFe 6.0 & Azure DevOps

3Core Systems, Inc is seeking a Scrum Master with SAFe 6.0 and Azure DevOps experience. The role involves supporting multiple initiatives in a remote capacity, requiring quarterly travel, and focuses on managing Agile teams and vendor systems implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Need to have SAFe 6.0, ideally has done over 10 PI plannings and must have strong ADO experience
• In Field Value Stream support the implementation of Electric Work Management. Areas include managing multiple teams consisting of implementation / upgrades of vendor systems supporting GIS, mobile apps for field workers, metering systems as well as integrations to SAP (ERP/Customer Systems). The teams are newer to Agile and using a hybrid approach. Program Management experience would be a plus
• In Grid and Pipe Value Stream supporting implementation of Generation. Areas include managing two teams implementing IBM Maximo in the cloud and Sunet GOA. Heavily vendor focus. The teams are from KY and using a hybrid approach
• In Customer Value Stream supporting External Portal apps used by contractors and other agencies. Areas include RI Outage map project
• Looking for the standard strong in Scrum SAFe, Scrum-Kanban, ADO, Dependency mgt, Escalations and Urgency. Helpful to have vendor implementation / interface experience

Requirements:

• SAFe 6.0 certification
• Experience with over 10 PI plannings
• Strong Azure DevOps experience
• Strong knowledge in Scrum SAFe
• Knowledge in Scrum-Kanban
• Experience in Dependency management
• Experience in Escalations and Urgency management
• Experience in the utilities industry
• Program Management experience
• Vendor implementation / interface experience
