Role Overview
- Create and maintain documentation (e.g., Confluence pages)
- Track project progress to ensure alignment with planned delivery timelines
- Proactively follow up on action items and drive work to completion
- Facilitate coordination across teams and ensure accountability
- Participate in standard Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Identify and remove blockers to keep projects moving forward
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong proficiency in Agile Methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Must be customer focused
- Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations
- Risk management skills to manage associated business risks
