Epic Project Manager

Chartis is a company focused on transforming US healthcare through strategic solutions. The Epic Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for Epic implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex Epic implementation, optimization, and upgrade initiatives for Inpatient and Ambulatory clinical applications
• Serve as the primary project management partner for Clinical Applications Managers and Directors
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including analysts, clinical stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership

Requirements:

• Strategic leadership and operational oversight for Epic implementation initiatives
• Primary project management and application partner for Clinical Applications Managers and Directors
• Planning, coordinating, and executing Epic implementation projects across Inpatient (IP) and Ambulatory (Amb) clinical applications
• Ensuring alignment with organizational goals, project timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Mentorship, project governance, and day-to-day leadership for implementation teams
• Proactively managing risks, resolving issues, facilitating stakeholder communication, and promoting best practices throughout the project lifecycle
