Marriott International is the world’s largest hotel company, and they are seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Partner Marketing to drive incremental revenue growth and member engagement in their loyalty program. The role focuses on optimizing the digital customer experience and enhancing marketing strategies through data-driven insights and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and initiatives that enable enhanced member experiences and drive incremental revenue
- Utilize consumers insights to inform loyalty promotions strategy development and execution
- Support evolution and optimization of loyalty promotions with a focus on member expansion and engagement, taking into consideration changing requirements of emerging businesses and new offerings
- Understand how broad and targeted promotions can support new and existing offerings and support growth of the promotions program
- Integrate new offerings into promotions planning and execution, including promotions structures, marketing, digital experience, etc
- Work with marketing and CX partners to understand and report on promotion effectiveness for internal and external partners
- Use reporting to identify opportunities and best practices, implementing to improve performance
- Execute test and learn curriculum and analyses campaign performance to optimize results
- Research industry and competitive marketplace for opportunities and improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related major
- Six years' relevant professional experience in marketing or a related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
- Strong foundation with CRM/customer marketing program measurement, including audience segmentation, promotion development and management, and ROI analysis
- Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaign development
- Knowledge of and experience with marketing technology (Martech) and promotion capabilities, with the ability to implement best practices in marketing promotions
