- Identify leads that fit ideal customer profile
- Follow up with customers through calls/emails/LinkedIn messages
- Research potential leads for personalized strategies
- Generate qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
- Analyze customer data to improve sales strategy
- Mediate between clients and the organization
- Provide feedback on product design and product development
Requirements:
- Strong sales-process hygiene
- Experience working with Small and Medium business
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
