The SDR’s role is all about outreach and communication with prospects and customers.
Identify customer prospects who are ready to talk to RFgen to solve their business problems.
Leverage a world-class set of enterprise sales tools to identify new opportunities for the sales team.
Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop both target account leads and inbound marketing leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities.
Interact with prospects daily via telephone, video, LinkedIn, email, etc.
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
Distribute opportunities to appropriate sales reps, educating each rep as necessary about the opportunity.
Effectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet core values and culture.
Requirements
4-year college degree and 2-3 years of customer service or sales development experience
Natural affinity to meet, talk, and communicate with new people without fear of rejection
High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
Excellent phone-based sales and customer service skills
Great can-do attitude and desire to learn professional sales
Desire to be part of a great team and continue learning and adapting
Discipline to maintain high activity levels
Competitive mindset focused on achieving goals
Knowledge of MS Office Applications, Salesforce.com and LinkedIn a plus.
