CentralReach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), multidisciplinary therapy, and special education. The Director of Software Engineering will oversee the development of the company's web-based platform and internal tooling, focusing on scalability, team velocity, and developer experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead & Mentor: Manage and grow a multi-functional team of full stack engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence
Architectural Vision: Oversee technical design efforts on enterprise software applications, leveraging SOLID design principles on full-stack development teams using C#/.NET backend, React.js frontend, and SQL Server
Cloud Strategy: Drive our AWS infrastructure strategy, leveraging cloud-native services and containerization for high availability and performance
Compliance First: Ensure all engineering practices meet rigorous security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, & PCI)
Strategic Delivery: Partner with Product and Design to define milestones and execute iterate towards long-term product initiatives

Requirements:

8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record leading teams building and maintaining SaaS applications
Competency using .NET, ReactJS, RDBMS, Kubernetes and AWS PaaS
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Ability to break down complex and long running projects into reasonable milestones that can be used to show progress to stakeholders and keep the ball moving
