Acadium is a company dedicated to making education accessible to everyone, and they are seeking an AI Growth & Partnerships Marketing Intern. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and improving marketing systems while working closely with the founder.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant:
• 1 AI conferences and industry events
• 2 Executive communities
• 3 Speaking opportunities
• 4 Podcasts and media opportunities
• 5 Strategic partnership opportunities
• Build targeted lists of potential partners, communities, and business opportunities
• Support partnership outreach and relationship-building initiatives
• Maintain and improve CRM systems, opportunity pipelines, and lead tracking processes
• Create and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows to improve efficiency
• Analyze marketing activities and identify opportunities to increase visibility and engagement
• Research market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities
• Support content marketing initiatives that align with growth goals
• Recommend new ideas and strategies to expand AI Alchemy’s audience and business opportunities

Requirements:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Strong interest in AI, technology, startups, and business growth
• Experience with lead generation, market research, partnerships, or content marketing
• Comfortable researching companies, communities, events, and decision-makers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or marketing automation platforms
• Ability to analyze information and turn insights into actionable recommendations
• Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working independently
• Experience using AI tools for research, productivity, or marketing workflows is highly preferred
