Job Overview:

Pay Range: $57hr - $62hr

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of SAP Project Management experience.
Proven experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives.
Support SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or enhancement initiatives.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and project delivery excellence.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to or experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other Project Management certifications are a plus.
Experience working in global delivery environments.
