Project Manager -Federal IT / Microsoft Cloud

Softthink Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise Microsoft cloud and IT support services for a Federal Government client. The role involves overseeing contract execution, managing project schedules, and coordinating technical teams to ensure successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall contract performance and project delivery
• Lead Agile/Scrum planning and sprint activities
• Coordinate technical and administrative teams
• Track schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Prepare executive status reports and project documentation
• Ensure quality assurance and continuous service improvement
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field
• 8+ years managing enterprise IT or Microsoft cloud projects
• 5+ years managing Federal Government IT contracts
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• PMP
• PMI-ACP
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
