Bybit is one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges and digital financial platforms, serving over 80 million users globally. The Golang Development Engineer Intern will participate in backend system design and development, optimize system performance, and collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Core Development: Participate in the design and development of backend systems, utilizing Go to build high-performance and high-concurrency microservices
- System Optimization: Gain a deep understanding of business requirements, analyze system bottlenecks, and drive product performance tuning and architectural upgrades
- Platform Engineering: Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the development and maintenance of common components, middleware, and frameworks
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Frontend, QA, and Product teams to ensure high-quality implementation of technical solutions; draft standardized design, technical, and API documentation
- Operations & Monitoring: Monitor live system performance, identify root causes of issues, and provide rapid resolutions for production environment incidents
Requirements:
- 2026 or 2027 graduates
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications, or related fields
- Proficiency in Computer Networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) and Operating Systems principles (Process/Thread, Memory Management, I/O mechanisms)
- Mastery of Data Structures and Algorithms with a commitment to clean, high-quality code
- Familiarity with Golang and its concurrency models (Goroutines, Channels, Context, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with common databases and storage middleware (e.g., MySQL, Redis)
- Excellent logical thinking and a strong sense of Ownership; passionate about technology and exploring unknown fields
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese) to collaborate effectively in a global team environment
- Available for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week
