About this role
Kipsi is a venture-backed bespoke technology platform for accounting firms looking to streamline and automate their client engagements. They are seeking a Founding Engineer to join their growing engineering team and influence various aspects of their platform.
Responsibilities:
- Influence everything including engineering, culture, product roadmap, architecture and strategy
- Work directly with our CEO, CTO, and other engineers to influence every aspect of the platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Fluency in Typescript, Javascript, React
- Good product intuition and user empathy
- Solid engineering fundamentals and passion for high quality code
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoy the fast pace of a startup and be able to work independently
