Account Manager / Sales Manager

Visionular Inc. is a growing AI video technology company seeking an ambitious and motivated Account Manager / Sales Manager to join their US team. The role involves building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting customer evaluations while collaborating with various teams to drive customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the customer lifecycle
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead qualification
• Understand customers' technical and business challenges and communicate the value of Visionular's solutions
• Support the sales process from initial outreach through evaluation, proposal, negotiation, and customer onboarding
• Coordinate customer evaluations and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects with engineering and product teams
• Serve as a trusted point of contact during customer evaluations and help ensure successful deployments
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success and revenue growth
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records using CRM tools
• Participate in customer meetings, industry conferences, webinars, and occasional travel
• Continuously expand your knowledge of video technology, AI, streaming media, and Visionular's products

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in business development, sales development, account management, customer success, or another customer-facing B2B role
• A proactive hunter mindset with a passion for generating new business opportunities and building customer relationships
• Strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for learning new technical concepts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience as a BDR, SDR, Account Manager, or in a similar role is highly preferred
• Experience in or exposure to media technology, streaming, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, AI, video platforms, or related industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Familiarity with streaming media, cloud video workflows, broadcasting, CDN, video processing, AI, or related technologies
• Experience supporting technical product evaluations or proof-of-concept projects is a plus
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus
