Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Manager with strong leadership and enterprise application experience to manage technical initiatives across multiple systems and platforms. The ideal candidate should be a technical generalist who can quickly learn new technologies, guide technical teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or enterprise technology environments
• Experience leading technical teams across multiple applications or platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications and system integrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes

Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives across multiple systems and applications
• Guide development and support teams on technical solutions and best practices
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations
• Support architecture discussions, backlog prioritization, and solution design
• Review risks, dependencies, and system impacts across applications
• Mentor developers, analysts, and support teams
• Support testing, UAT, production readiness, and issue resolution
• Drive process improvements, automation, and modernization initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation, support models, and operational processes
