Role Overview

• Utilize effective soft collections approach to negotiate and collect past due monies
• Analyze situations and determine best payment plans
• Maintain professional and friendly demeanor during calls
• Work independently in an At-Home position while meeting performance standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office
• At least 1 year contact center experience
• Ability to provide recruiter with Internet and home requirements for remote work
