Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst – Enterprise Collaboration Tools & AI Platforms

Commvault is a leader in cyber resilience, empowering organizations to recover from cyberattacks and keep data safe. They are seeking a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst to enhance employee collaboration and implement AI solutions, working closely with various teams to define and improve business processes and technology integration.

Responsibilities:

• Help define and improve how we use tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
• Translate business needs into platform capabilities and solutions
• Drive adoption, integrations, and continuous improvement
• Improve employee experience through automation and best practices
• Identify and implement practical AI use cases across the business
• Turn workflows into AI-enabled solutions
• Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance on responsible AI usage
• Track adoption, impact, and business value
• Support automation, identity, and access workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across tools and processes
• Help integrate systems and streamline operations
• Work closely with business and technical teams to define solutions
• Lead requirements gathering and process discovery
• Create clear documentation, training, and enablement materials

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years in Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar
• Strong experience with collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems, security, and automation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
• Experience in large, global environments
• Familiarity with identity, access management, and device management tools
• Experience driving adoption of new technologies
• Background in digital workplace or employee experience initiatives
