Healthcare Product Manager

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Product Manager to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves driving product strategies and delivering impactful healthcare software products to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and define the vision, strategy, and OKRs for healthcare digital products
• Collaborate across engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to execute product roadmaps
• Drive product outcomes that solve critical business and healthcare challenges
• Lead efforts to launch and improve software solutions in an FDA-regulated industry
• Influence and inspire teams with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a product manager in FDA regulated industries such as biotech, med dev, etc
• Experience as a product manager or related role with a successful track record of launching healthcare software products
• Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear product roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
