Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing and executing the Consumer PS marketing plans to build brand as well as capture demand aligned to detailed consumer understanding and business goals. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
Responsibilities
• Leads in depth understanding of the consumer, from consumer behavior, preferences etc.
• Contributes to the development of market plans and initiatives aligned to deliver marketing and business goals, including the development of budget scenarios.
• Prepares and presents regular reports to the management team, including key performance indicators and ROI analysis.
• Leads execution of marketing plan deliverables and milestones and works with cross functional teams to lead execution of specific touchpoints and activations in marketing plans.
• Performs analytics on marketing data to evaluate the performance of campaigns in the target market.
• Develops the design of consumer journeys and touchpoint plans that leverage paid, owned and earned media channels to maximize awareness and marketing goals.
• Understands and drives performance marketing with plans integrated and aligned to business goals.
• Ensures that all marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in consumer marketing, performance marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
