Site Superintendent for PVV or Structure M/F

1. Supervised and managed contractors to ensure that all assigned work was performed to the highest standards and that construction was executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, budget, and schedule.

2. Assisted the CSR in ensuring compliance with the Company's safety objectives throughout the project duration.

3. Supervised and controlled project construction contractors to ensure that the plant was constructed in accordance with approved drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) specifications and procedures, as well as within the approved budget and schedule.

4. Ensured that, in addition to quality and sound engineering practices, project planning and cost control remained key priorities.

5. Facilitated effective coordination and resolved cross-disciplinary issues, ensuring that all decisions were made in the best interest of the overall project.

6. Maintained positive working relationships with contractors by demonstrating appropriate flexibility while remaining firm when necessary to achieve project objectives.

7. Collaborated with engineering disciplines, HSE, cost control, planning, and administration teams to enhance overall team effectiveness.

8. Provided the CSR with information on all events that could affect the successful achievement of project objectives.

9. Coordinated with engineering and other departments to ensure the project was completed on schedule.

1. Bachelor's degree (minimum S1 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.

2. Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience, including at least seven (7) years of experience in construction, fabrication, hook-up, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of Oil & Gas EPSCI (Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, and Installation) projects in a supervisory or other relevant discipline.

3. Responsible for managing significant responsibilities in multidisciplinary projects.

4. Has recognized expertise relevant to the role.

5. Proactive, with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Able to work effectively under pressure.
