Purpose of the Job
Support the implementation Human Resource talent acquisition strategies, focusing in providing various types of support to HR Business Partner, from administering recruitment process up to extensive data management to support the business goal.
Primary Responsibilities
General Requirements
EDUCATION
Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Relevant experience in human resources administration or operations support, or administrative experience including scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview teams
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office products
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Ability to:
• manage multiple priorities

• provide exceptional customer service
• accurately capture and maintain data throughout the recruitment process (e.g., job requisitions, resumes/CVs, candidate correspondence, interviewing, offers, onboarding support)

- become very proficient with the current applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday
• become well versed with laws and regulations related to recruitment
