Toyota of Tacoma is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our busy automotive Sales Department.
This is an opportunity for a motivated customer-focused professional looking to break into the automotive industry. Someone who enjoys building customer relationships, problem solving, and wants to be part of a successful, high-volume team.
We’re looking for someone who can deliver exceptional results while providing a great experience for our customers. No automotive sales experience? No problem. We'll provide training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Manage inbound leads and follow up effectively
- Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget
- Maintain client engagement through email and outreach
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Stay informed and up-to-date on Toyota vehicle models, features and technology

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
