Customer Service Representative

TruSummit Insurance provides financial knowledge and insurance solutions for individuals and businesses. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting clients with inquiries related to insurance and financial services, ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with their insurance and financial service inquiries
• Responding to phone, email, and online requests
• Explaining policy coverage, benefits, and options
• Guiding clients through claims processes and policy changes
• Maintaining accurate records in company systems
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
• Following up to ensure timely and complete resolution
• Upholding high standards of professionalism
• Protecting confidential information
• Contributing to a positive client experience with every interaction

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability in customer-facing roles, including experience as Customer Service Representatives or in similar positions
• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage client expectations
• Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a commitment to building long-term client relationships
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort using CRM or support software, and the ability to learn new digital tools quickly in a remote environment
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
• High level of integrity and discretion when working with sensitive financial and personal information
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is beneficial; relevant certifications or training are a plus
