Responsibilities:
- Manage small to moderate complexity projects by developing comprehensive plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely product delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project roles and identify the resources necessary for successful execution
- Track project progress against established plans and facilitate critical trade-off discussions regarding scope and resources to keep initiatives on track
- Conduct detailed risk analyses and monitor financial spending to align project quality with our strategic priorities
- Apply your understanding of the product development lifecycle to review requirements and support the creation of essential project deliverables like dashboards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree
- 2+ years of experience managing project plans, schedules, and budgets within a technical or engineering domain
- Proficiency in conducting risk analysis and identifying project dependencies
- Experience with the product development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design
- Knowledge of program management principles and process improvement metrics
- Exposure to current technologies through relevant coursework or internships
- Experience researching and building relationships with diverse sets of stakeholders
- Technical background or degree in an engineering discipline
- Experience managing dashboards and reporting progress to management
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team to solve operational problems
